🎬 THE ROLE – CONTENT CREATOR / SOCIAL MEDIA WIZARD

We want someone to own the camera, spark ideas, and turn our culture into content that pops off.

👑 You’ll be:

• The face + voice of Love Finance on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts & more
• Creating vlog-style behind-the-scenes videos that show off our people and vibes
• Filming trendy, scroll-stopping content about business, money, entrepreneurship
• Helping us launch a brand-new podcast (think Steven Bartlett meets fly-on-the-wall startup doc)

🧠 You’re not just a “poster” — you’re a creative strategist who gets what makes people tap, watch, comment, and share.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Capturing and creating 🔥 BTS content from the office
• Producing short-form vids with strong storytelling + viral potential
• Co-hosting our new podcast (or hosting solo if you're that confident 👀)
• Turning our business content into something even your mate who hates finance would watch
• Spotting trends early and using them before they’re overdone
• Being a one-person content powerhouse (with editing support if needed)
