Job Description:
You will lead content creation to bring people together in real life through curated experiences. This hands-on role involves filming, editing, and experimenting with short-form video to build a culture-led brand. You will work closely with the founder to define the brand's identity and drive growth through viral social strategies.

What you will do:

• Film and edit high-energy, native short-form content for TikTok and Instagram on-site at live events and activations.

• Develop and scale repeatable video formats while experimenting with new hooks and storytelling styles to drive reach.

• Track performance metrics and iterate on content strategy daily to ensure consistent growth and community engagement.

The ideal candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience with a portfolio of short-form video content that has successfully driven organic reach.

• Expert-level understanding of social media trends and the technical ability to film and edit content natively on mobile.

• London-based creative who is comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera in fast-paced public environments.
