We are searching for a

Content Delivery Lead

who will be responsible for optimising delivery solutions and evolving content standards, making it easier to deploy content which will be engaging and customer-focused.

Relevant industry experience required:
Banking | Pharma | Insurance | Healthcare (highly regulated industries)
Upskilling markets in content operations and training best practices through by providing training and other internal coms
Supporting the delivery of content production operations roadmap and ideally automated tools
GenAI knowledge
