Let’s create something remarkable together!The roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join our agency to support on a portfolio of B2C & B2B clients, as well as our own agency marketing.You’ll be working simultaneously on a number of content formats, working closely with the Account Directors and Strategists to produce content for website, social media and SEO purposes.Your core responsibilities will include basic social media scheduling, copywriting, briefing and subbing, creating assets and videos and inputting into the direction of Curated’s own social media channels, where you will have a lot of free reign.Experience RequiredYou have 2+ years’ experience working in a similar digital role (either agency or brand side)You have experience working with brands within the following sectors: Health & Wellness, Beauty, eCommerce & B2BYou have a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices and its effective implementationYou can develop and execute successful organic SEO strategies, with a focus on creating engaging content that resonates with target audiencesYou have a proven track record of improving organic performance for clients through content and UX strategy and can confidently grow client accountsYou are able to demonstrate best practices across social channels and know what’s required to build and grow an audience on the major social media platforms of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.Skills & Attributes requiredYou have real desire to progress and develop as a content marketing professionalYou’re passionate about all things marketing, from web content to social mediaYou are keen to get stuck in to different kinds of content formats and client sectorsYou have experience interfacing with senior clients and confidently communicating strategy (both written and verbal)You’re highly organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritise your workload in a fast-paced working environmentYou want to be in a high-performing team and by joining the company you will lift the quality and output of everyone around youYou’ve used analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and Data Studio beforeYou’ve used keyword and social media tools such as Ahrefs, SemRush, Sprout Social and Canva beforeKey Responsibilities….Your day-to-day role will be owning channel and content performance for a minimum of 3 client accounts that you lead.You’ll display excellent copywriting and will create content of different formats based on best practices across client websites and major social media platforms of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTokYou’ll efficiently and effectively repurpose and repackage long-form content into various content types, alongside owning the creation of native contentYou’ll always be making data-driven decisions, mostly with SEO goals in mindYou’ll measure and achieve your agreed OKRs and KPIs, reporting your progress weekly to our Head of Content and identifying improvementsYou’ll experiment regularly with new ideas for content, using AI tools to be more efficient, and drawing strategic insights from evaluating analyticsUsing analytics tools, you’ll prepare monthly reports to send to clients, clearly and confidently presenting the key findings and next steps on strategy callsOur perks & benefits package includes…Salary: £35,000 per annum25 days’ holiday + your birthday off + additional Xmas closureBirthday Gift card (of your choice) every year4:00pm finish every FridayPrivate Medical & Health Insurance*Cycle2Work schemeEMI share incentive scheme*£300 L&D budget per personMonthly team socials and an annual company retreat for 2-daysReferral reward of £500 if you introduce a new employee to the companyEnhanced maternity and paternity packages*Triggered after successful completion of your probationary period
