About the Role
As the Content Marketing Lead, you’ll own and evolve our content marketing strategy across web, social, email, and video. You’ll lead creative campaigns from concept to execution, blending your passion for writing, branding, and performance with data-driven insights and a strong visual sensibility. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to grow our brand voice, drive organic traffic, and increase customer engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead content strategy, aligning storytelling with brand goals and business KPI's
- Plan and produce engaging content, including blogs, web pages, newsletters, videos, infographics, and social media posts
- Craft high-impact copy that balances SEO, creativity, and clarity across short-form and long-form formats
- Oversee social content creation and growth, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Manage the content calendar and ensure the delivery of email campaigns and creative assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Support the delivery and execution of backlink strategy and off-page SEO efforts to increase website rankings and organic traffic.
- Lead PR initiatives, write press releases, and coordinate journalist outreach to elevate brand visibility
- Track performance metrics, interpret content data, and optimise strategies based on insights
What We’re Looking For
- A strong storyteller with 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or copywriting
- Deep understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and digital trends
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with flawless grammar and attention to detail
- Experience producing and managing video content and collaborating with creative teams
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or SEO platforms (e.g. SEMrush)
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO, UX writing, and user-centred design principles
- Comfortable being in front of the camera for video content (a plus, but not essential)
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical content
- Knowledge of B2C, paid advertising, or influencer outreach
- A portfolio showcasing written content and creative campaigns across multiple formats
