Content Marketing Manager

Location:

In Office 3x a week in Hammersmith
Salary:

£40,000-£60,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity:
Their new CMO is leading a digital and marketing transformation. Now, all eyes are on Brand and Marketing as the team shifts from purely performance-led strategies to enhancing their creative and content offerings. This is a chance to make a massive impact on the business by leading a shift in the brand's approach to all things content, adopting a lighter and bolder mindset. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, and CRM/Retention teams, build the CMS channel, and eventually build a team.

The Role:
-Website Content and CMS Migration: Lead the rebranding of our website content and CMS migration in collaboration with the Product Team.
-Multi-Channel Content Development: Create content for direct mailers, signage, video, web pages, blogs, and emails.
-Social and Editorial Calendar Management: Develop targeted content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn with the Head of Brand.
-Analytics and A/B Testing: Use web analytics and A/B testing tools to measure and optimise content impact.
-Report to the Head of Brand and work closely with the CMO and Founder.

About You:
- Excellent copywriting skills with a curiosity to understand customer interactions with content.
- Experience creating copy for various formats including websites, social media, CRM/Email, and YouTube.
- Technical skills in deploying and managing content with a CMS system.
- Ability to use data to evaluate campaign or project effectiveness.
- Fun and light tone of voice reflecting the company’s warm internal culture.
- Experience writing and managing content for a consumer-facing brand.

Bonus Points:
- Experience shifting tone of voice and defining brand guidelines.
- Experience working with B2B audiences.
