Content Publisher - Fixed Term Contract

The Digital Publisher supports QVC UK, and publishes high-quality, customer-facing content across QVC UK’s digital platforms. This is a fixed term contract initally for 3 to 6 months.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.

What You'll Do

• Publish approved content accurately and on time across QVC UK digital platforms, including web, mobile and email.

• Support the creation of accessible, high-performing digital experiences by applying publishing best practice and W3C standards.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ensuring production updates and corrections are delivered quickly and accurately.

• Test content and modules across browsers, devices, smartphones and tablets to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Help define publishing standards, improve workflows and maintain effective file and asset management across teams.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience working with a CMS to publish regular digital content; AEM experience would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web usability, accessibility standards, W3C protocols and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload, multitask effectively and work accurately at pace.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and inquisitive approach.

• Degree in web production/development or equivalent relevant experience preferred; online retail experience would be beneficial.
