The Role
As a

Content Writer , you will provide support and work closely with the communications team. You will help with writing, publishing, and managing the blog posts. This role requires you to write key stories about digital transformation and develop project communications for key projects as needed, including engagement initiatives and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications UK&I as well as relevant stakeholders to ensure that project communications are delivered in required timelines.
Develop project communications and engagement plans to deliver well informed, engaging, accessible, timely and targeted project communications.
Support key project communications channels including internal publications and events.
Create and deliver high-quality copy and content for all types of internal communication projects.
Maintain good relationships and a contact network with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project communications activity is delivered.
Work independently and directly with the Director of Communications for UK and Europe to provide communications support to key stakeholders.
Develop well informed, engaging, and accurate communications using key channels including the intranet, email, video conference, webinars, employee magazine, intranet, briefings, weekly newsletters, posters.
Develop and deliver new initiatives for increasing employee engagement and to meet business and project objectives.
Assist with other communications projects – such as helping with marketing award submissions, production of surveys, branding, and event display material, as well as business as usual communications.

Your profile
Key

skills/knowledge/experience:
Experience in delivering simple, clear copy in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in writing, storytelling and contributing to creative campaigns, presentations, digital, print and video.
Experience in content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to organise own work effectively and prioritise competing workloads.
Ability to engage with stakeholders whilst prioritising the competing demands of the business.
Ability to quickly comprehend information about new topics, and produce new written content based on that information.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, team player.

Good to have:
Knowledge of B2B sector and digital transformation.
