Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Contentious Construction Lawyers

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim contentious construction lawyers to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies.

What you should have:
At least 3 years PQE experience as a contentious construction lawyer.
Experience of advising on construction litigation proceedings, adjudications, arbitration and other alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Experience of advising on disputes in relation to standard form construction and engineering contracts (such as NEC, JCT and FIDIC).
Experience of advising on delay and disruption, building defects and insurance related claims is also desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a create and innovative manner.
Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
