An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join a Contentious Private Client team, where you can progress and develop your career. The team acts for a range of HNW clients in contentious trusts and probate work.

This Legal 500 law firm in Dorset is looking for a 6+ years’ PQE Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor to join a busy private client team that is expanding, in this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.

You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, including, contested private, probate & trust claims and Court of Protection work. Key responsibilities of the role will include sharing responsibility for the management, training of staff, as well as developing and marketing the department.

The role will combine office working with remote working from home.

Your role as a Contentious Wills & Probate Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:

• Clear career path from the outset
• Supervising, managing and supporting the development of junior solicitors in the team
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
