Contentious Probate Partner – 4-Day Week | Up to £100k | Fully Remote or Office-Based

What You’ll Be Doing

Launch and lead a new contentious probate department from the ground up.
Handle complex and high-value probate disputes, many with international dimensions.
Play a key role in business development, bringing in new work and growing a client base.
Use advanced legal tech and case management systems—no secretarial support required.
Collaborate with a progressive, agile team of private client specialists.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ PQE in contentious probate (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
Proven experience with high-value, cross-border probate disputes.
A strategic mindset and enthusiasm for business development.
Existing client relationships or a strong network within the field.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor a growing team.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, agile environment.
