A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Partner or Senior Associate on the cusp of partnership, to join a leading private client team.

The Role:

You should be a contentious probate specialist , with the ability to advise clients on the full range of HNW UK and cross border contentious probate and trust disputes. :

• Contentious trusts and probate
• Inheritance Act claims

This is a client-facing role with excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

About You:

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in Contentious Probate (or general litigation with probate elements)
• Strong legal knowledge and the ability to manage complex cases independently
• Excellent organisation, time management and client care skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
