Your Responsibilities:

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:

• Manage cases involving will disputes, Inheritance Act claims and estate challenges or defences
• Provide expert guidance in disputes concerning trustee actions, deputyship issues, financial abuse and professional negligence claims
• Help clients navigate complex litigation processes with empathy and precision
