The Role

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor/Partner, you will:

• Manage a broad and stimulating caseload of contested wills, inheritance disputes and trust litigation
• Play a key role in shaping and expanding the contentious probate offering
• Lead and mentor junior team members (if appropriate)
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic goals and client development plans

About You

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with extensive contentious probate experience
• Operate at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Have a proven ability to manage files independently and provide expert client advice
• Ideally hold ACTAPS accreditation (or be working toward it)
• Demonstrate leadership skills and a track record in team development (preferred)
