Are you a Contentious Probate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career? Join a highly respected regional law firm with an expanding Contentious Probate team handling high-value disputes for a broad client base, including both medium and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role:

As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
? Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:

• Inheritance Act claims
• Will disputes and challenges
• Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
• Trust litigation

? Assist the Partner with complex, high-value cases
? Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations
? Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal support

About You:

? 5+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements
? Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
? Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
? Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
