An opportunity has opened up in a reputable city centre Legal 500 firm, with a strong reputation across private client law.

We’re looking for a contentious probate solicitor (8+ years PQE) to join a team that is expanding naturally as caseload grows. You’ll be handling a quality caseload of disputes around estates, trusts, executors, and beneficiaries. This kind of work is more and more in demand.

The role is suitable for someone with a strong background in Continuous probate regards wills and estates, and confident while carrying their caseload, someone who can build relationships both internally and externally. ACTAPS membership would be ideal, but isn’t essential.

They are flexible and a genuinely supportive team, which has led them to their success.You can be based in either the City Centre office or Shirley office.
