The Role As a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor, you will:

Manage a varied caseload of contentious trust, will and estate disputes
Advise trustees, executors, private banks, charities and individuals
Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings
Lead and develop the contentious trusts and probate practice
Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
Support business development and networking activities
Work closely with colleagues across the Litigation and Private Client teamsAbout You We are keen to speak with senior lawyers who have:

Extensive experience within contentious trusts and probate
Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A proactive approach to business development
The ability to work collaboratively while leading and developing a specialist practice areaSTEP and/or ACTAPS qualifications would be advantageous.
