Job Description - Continuous Improvement Administrator

A three-month temporary position, support the Continuous Improvement team.

The role in a nutshell: To facilitate the establishment of the Standardised Work Library across TFSUK. Supporting teams to add, update and improve their standardised work.

A bit about the ‘Department’: The People &Culture department provide Human Resources, Learning & Development and Continuous Improvement services across TFSUK, KINTO UK (KUK) and KINTO Join Ltd (KJL). The Continuous Improvement team is responsible for nurturing a work environment where employees are constantly developing, identifying opportunities for improvements in the workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Enhance Standardised Work by providing services including, process mapping and Standard Operating Procedure facilitation. Provide approved templates & enable teams to deliver themselves through training
  • Support the business to transfer their standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies onto the Standardised Work Library
  • Identify kaizen opportunities & make them visible on TWoW! Kaizen Log

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience with creating procedures and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
