Role Overview: Contract Hire & Leasing Support

You will play a vital role in enabling seamless operations and exceptional service for our leasing and contract hire clients. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry and fleet management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing leasing applications, ensuring compliance with company protocols and accuracy.
• Maintaining and updating internal CRM systems with contract details and customer information.
• Responding promptly to client queries, resolving lease agreements inquiries professionally.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline leasing processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Generating and reviewing reports on contract performance and customer feedback.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a support or administrative role within the automotive or leasing sector.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• An adaptable, proactive approach with the capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A solid understanding of GDPR and compliance matters relating to contract management.
