Remuneration: £30,000

The role of the Contract Kitchen Designer will involve:

• Kitchen Designer role selling a manufactured range of contract kitchens into Tier 1 contactors
• Producing accurate designs and quotations for kitchen layouts using CAD software
• Create quotations, ensuring that all additional items and accessories are included as per the client’s specification
• Discuss design requirements with the client / contractor to build relationships and to ensure our drawings are 'right first time’
• Create tender documents in presentation format to be issued back to the client
• Able to check designs/quotes accurately including other people’s work
• Adhere to internal working systems and procedures
• Read tender enquiries and extract customer specification
• Producing designs for circa 100 - 600 kitchens with a project value ranging between £1m to £6m

The ideal applicant will be a Contract Kitchen Designer with:

• Must have design experience within the kitchens market sector, ideally experienced with contract kitchens
• Self-sufficient who can hit the ground running
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Winner or Fusion
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Organised, methodical, good journey planner
