This company specialise in providing building support services for private and public sector clients. With over 40 years history and off the back of building a strong reputation within the industry, they are now looking for a Contract Manager to join the team.

In this role the successful candidate will manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects for various CCTV and access control works for their Westminster contracts. This will be an office-based role with hybrid working available and site visits into Westminster occasionally needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the CCTV or access control sectors and have an understanding of engineering contracts or programmes of works. They must have a full driving license and be commutable to Enfield.

The Role:

* Overseeing CCTV and access control works for the company's Westminster contract
* Manage and monitor reactive repairs, preventative planned maintenance programmes as well as installations and special projects

The Person:
