Position: Facilities Contract Manager

Location: London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £55,000 to £60,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced FM Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position working on a very prestigious contract in London

This Contract Manager will be managing a group of sites for one client. With this they will be running a team of mobile and static engineers as well as a contract administrator.

The right person for this position will already have a strong FM Management background, preferably with a technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical maintenance.

They need to have run service and maintenance contracts with a value of over £1 million.

This is a remote based position, however they will be required to attend the office a couple of times a month.

Requirements

• Strong background within FM Maintenance
• Contract Management experience
• Electrical or Mechanical technical experience would be an advantage
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in managing million poundmaintenance contracts
• Happy to travel into London
