🔵 This is not a role for someone looking to coast. The right person will be commercially sharp, process-driven, and ready to own projects from pre-con through to delivery running multiple schemes up to £8m at a time.

🔵 Strong JCT contract knowledge A structured, process-orientated approach to project management
🔵 The commercial acumen to protect and grow gross profit A proactive, low-ego mindset and an appetite to progress
