Basic salary DOE + commission and bonuses

OA are looking for an experienced Contract/Account Manager to work on our clients site in Northampton, managing their temporary recruitment.

Contract Manager duties:

Work closely with client to understand their recruitment requirements
Manage temporary workforce
Register new candidates, ensuring fully compliant 
Providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports
Identifying issues early on and create practical solutions
Supporting the client through periods of growth, change and increased demand
What we're looking for in a Contract Manager:

Background in Recruitment is essential 
Experience within a Contract Coordinator/Manager or Account Manager role 
Confident in speaking and meeting new people is essential 
Willingness to learn is key
Ability to manage multiple priorities 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
