Contract Manager

Job Description

My client are an established M&E contractor that work on projects across commercial, education, healthcare and residential projects. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an M&E Contracts Manager to join their team based in the North West.

Ideal Candidate
Previously managed Mechanical & Electrical installations on new build and refurbishment projects.
IT Literate.
Technical knowledge and experience working on projects in the commercial sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Financially astute.
Trades Background.
Previously managed direct labour.

Duties of the role will include:
Managing projects from inception to completion.
Managing client relationships ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
Ensuring the project is delivered within set timescales.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Liaising directly with the client.
Managing Site Engineers.

Qualifications Required include CSCS, IOSH Managing Safely/ SMSTS.
