Contract Manager - UK

Your responsibilities

Coordination and management of tender responses and submissions for framework bid requests

Managing the contract lifecycle from initial request through execution, mid-term usage reviews, renewal and expiry

Maintain accurate contract records

Price management in SAP

Framework activity management in line with our commercial offering/pricing structure ensuring all the business objectives are being met

Providing the sales team with contract management and pricing reviews in relation to associated sales against their accounts

Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service team on pricing, terms and contract conditions

Maintenance of commercial CRM platform

Your qualifications

Experience working with public orthopaedic frameworks (NHS/TOS)

Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and analytical

Strong computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reporting)

Capable of producing commercial analyses for both internal and external stakeholders

Able to work effectively to deadlines

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
