Job Description - Contract Support

Associate Contracts Administrator – Business Support
  • Annual Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 annually.
  • Location: East London, London
  • Job Type: Full-time, fully office based.

Join our Business Support team as an Associate Contracts Administrator / Contracts Administrator. This role is pivotal in providing administrative coordination and compilation of Retail customer supply contracts. You will act as the central point of contact for internal groups such as Credit, Legal, Distribution, and Pricing, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company guidelines.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate and compile Retail customer supply contracts, working closely with field-based business managers.
  • Create and maintain customer master data in SAP in alignment with company audit and compliance guidelines.
  • Produce ad hoc reports on various aspects of the contracts using SAP, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Review monetary contributions in contracts and handle invoicing and investment forms according to audit procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Undertake ad hoc project work involving Terminals, IT, Distribution, and Accounting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in SAP
  • Strong business acumen in Contracts Management, including legal experience relating to contractual clauses and practices.
  • Excellent IS skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Packages.
  • Ability to manage information from multiple areas and coordinate activities with diverse partners (both internal and external).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage issues from customers, Area Sales Managers, and third parties.
  • Skilled in data manipulation and financial analysis of deals, including contributions and rebates.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
