Job Description - Contract Support Administrator

Location: London Liverpool Street
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £35,000 - £37,000

General Duties:

Clearing and reporting of any debt.
Managing compliance, ensuring up-to-date and any remedial works are undertaken.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, including run and review WIP reports.
Ensure PPM’s and paperwork is up-to-date.
Undertake daily calls with contract team to ensure efficient planning.
Subcontractors management.
Assist Contract Manager with CAFM system as key user, including PPM records, reactive works and reporting.
PO’s & invoicing.
Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, and extra works within contracted SLA’s.
Ensure that reactive and ppm jobs are attended and rectified within the correct SLA time, ensuring KPI targets are met/exceeded.
Communicate effectively and build/ maintain relationships at all levels, internal & external.

Qualifications and Required experience:

Experience in a Contract Support role with a busy Facilities Management business (3-4 years).
Customer facing/interaction experience – Regular client interaction.
CAFM system experience – essential (Concept EVO)
