Contract Surveyor - Social Housing

Location: West London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Surveyor to join a social housing provider in West London on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will involve managing contractors and contract performance, reviewing valuations and costs, managing variations and disputes, monitoring KPIs and ensuring contractual compliance.

You will also oversee planned works and larger complex projects, support the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme, and manage Damp, Mould and Condensation (DMC) works.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience within social housing, housing associations or local authorities.

Strong contract and contractor management experience.

Experience with planned works, PPM or capital programmes.

Knowledge of valuations, costs, variations and disputes.

Experience managing Damp, Mould and Condensation works.

Strong communication, commercial and organisational skills.

A relevant surveying or construction qualification is desirable.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a long-term role within social housing, offering £55,000-£60,000
