Our client, a reputable organisation in the retail sector, is currently seeking a Resourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis. This role is crucial within the retail division and involves significant responsibility in supporting and enhancing the organisation's talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver efficient recruitment solutions Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding Utilising various sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the retail sector Conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends within the FMCG industry Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Supporting the HR team with various recruitment-related activities as needed
Job Requirements:
Experience in resourcing or talent acquisition Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
