Working within our busy Scheduling Team we are recruiting Contractor Support Administrators to support Customers and our Contractors with exceptional customer service and administration support.  . In this role you will work effectively with all key business areas including the customer service centre and Contractors Management team, taking enquiries both over the phone and via email.   You will also support alongside the scheduling team and provide admin support where required.

More about you 

To be considered for the role, it is essential that you have experience in:

• An administrative role


• Managing a shared inbox


• IT skills and the ability to operate various systems


• Customer service skills

To really excel in this role, you should have experience taking a high-volume of calls, an understanding of financial procedures such as invoices and purchase orders, and experience working with external contractors and stakeholders.
