This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing business where you will play a vital role in ensuring contracts and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

Process a high volume of contracts and documentation with accuracy
Ensure reseller invoices can be processed for payment
Identify discrepancies and liaise with internal teams to resolve them
Print, organise and file contract documentation
Respond to queries from branch and head office teams
Build strong working relationships across multiple departments
Support projects and continuous improvements within the teamWhat We Are Looking For:

Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Accurate data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication
A positive team player with a proactive approach
