We're recruiting a Contracts & Operations Supervisor for an established and growing business in Castle Donington, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in business who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Our client is a specialist supplier and installer of kitchen appliances, working with some of the UK's leading residential property developers. With a substantial operation covering contracts, procurement, logistics and customer care, the business offers a varied working environment and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role

Working within the contracts and operations team, you'll help coordinate the successful delivery of projects across residential developments, ensuring customer requirements are met from initial order through to installation.

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinating customer contracts, project requirements and installation schedules.

*

Liaising with site managers, customers and internal departments.

*

Working with procurement and stock control to ensure product availability.

*

Supporting logistics teams with delivery planning and installation resources.

*

Managing changes to project specifications and customer requirements.

*

Resolving operational issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

*

Supporting the wider contracts team to maintain excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused position with the opportunity to develop your operational knowledge, take on increasing responsibility and progress into senior management.

About You

Ideally educated to degree level, you'll have gained some experience in a professional or commercial environment and be looking for an opportunity to develop your career.

Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or contract coordination would be beneficial, although we're equally interested in candidates from other business backgrounds who demonstrate the right potential.
