Insurance Repairs Contracts Coordinator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per year

Think Recruitment are recruiting for an Insurance Repairs Contracts Coordinator to manage property repair works from survey through to completion. This role would suit someone with an insurance repairs background who can assess the work required, organise materials and trades, and keep jobs on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Review survey reports and scopes of work to establish what repairs are required.

Work out material quantities and arrange orders in time for each job.

Price and review works using schedules of rates, including any variations.

Book trades and coordinate their work across multiple properties.

Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling issues and keep records up to date.

Liaise with surveyors, trades, customers and other parties involved in the repairs.

Check completed works against the agreed scope and help resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements:

Experience coordinating property repairs within the insurance sector.

Ability to read surveys and translate them into a clear schedule of works.

Experience working with schedules of rates and estimating material requirements.

Good knowledge of building repairs and the trades involved.

Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage several live jobs at once.
