Rated as one of the best Legal firms to work for in both 2024 and 2025, our client located in Hertfordshire and dating back over a century are looking for a Contracts Lawyer of 5 years + PQE either a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a dedicated commercial team.

Contracts Lawyer experience to include:

• Commercial contracts experience
• Advising on procurement contracts
• Service agreements
• E-commerce contracts
• Distribution agreements
• Agency agreements
• a strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection rules, regulations and compliance
• Able to build strong and lasting relationships
• Have strong communication skills
