Job Description - Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in groundworks and residential construction?

KC Group are partnered with a leading engineering firm seeking a confident leader to take ownership of multiple projects across the Cambridgeshire area, ensuring safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.

Contracts Manager- What you'll do:

Oversee and manage site operations from start to finish.
Ensure projects meet high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Lead teams effectively, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients.
Work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver excellence.

Contracts Manager- What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing residential groundworks projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of health & safety requirements and construction site protocols.
HNC or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field (desirable).

Contracts Manager- What’s in it for you?
