Contracts Manager

Your new company
Our client is a leading civils and groundworks contractor across East Anglia. They work across numerous sectors but have a prominent presence in residential construction, offering groundworks packages to some of the largest developers in the market.
Your new role
As an experienced contracts manager, you will look after multiple projects from inception, throughout the programme of work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with clients and contractors
• Programme planning and management
• Being proactive in identifying and resolving problems
• Ability to maximise profitability
• Dispute resolution
• Reviewing methods of working
• Overall responsibility for health and safety initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Technical experience in groundwork, specifically on large-scale residential developments
• Previous experience as a contracts manager within a civil/groundwork environment
• High level of leadership and management skills
