Contracts Manager

A leading specialist Cladding and Roofing contractor are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work from their office in Redditch,Worcestershire

The role:
We are now seeking a Contracts Manager to organise and manage contracts, ensuring quality, safety and programme objectives are achieved.

The Company:

A leading specialist contractors in the construction industry, providing complete cladding and roofing solutions across the UK.
They work across many sectors including; Health, Education, MOD, Custodial, Retail, Leisure & Residential.
Their services involve design, supply, installation and construction for many major organisations throughout the country, including main contractors, management contractors, architects and end clients.

The Person:
Relevant experience in cladding projects

Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors

Gold CSCS card minimum (essential)

Previous managerial experience

What you will have:

Cladding

Zinc Roofing / Cladding

Experience with some or all of the following also considered:
Single Ply roofing systems
Green / Sedium roofing
Liquid waterproofing systems
Built up felt roofing
Fall arrest systems
