We’re working with a specialist roofing contractor who are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple roofing projects across [region]. With a strong order book and a reputation for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-run business.

As Roofing Contracts Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing the delivery of flat and pitched roofing projects — from pre-start through to final handover. You’ll be managing multiple sites, liaising with clients, supervising site teams, and ensuring all work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget.

• Manage day-to-day operations across several roofing projects

• Oversee labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site delivery

• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships

• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve any issues as they arise

• Ensure all works meet company standards, health & safety regulations, and project deadlines

• Manage budgets, procurement, and final handovers

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the roofing sector

• Strong knowledge of both flat and pitched roofing systems

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
