Contracts Manager (maintenance and small construction works)
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 a year plus perks
Location: Cornwall (Redruth office)

Our client, an established property maintenance & construction company, have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Redruth. Projects span across various clients in both the private and public sectors.

Package:

Van and fuel card
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Training and development opportunities

Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

Full valid UK driver’s license
An understanding of NHF rates would be beneficial
An understanding of the construction industry
Clean criminal record
