This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts manager with experience working on residential refurbishment projects to join a reputable property contractor with uncapped progression and earning potential.

This company specialise in internal and external refurbishments of predominantly residential projects valuing up to 2M. Established over a decade they have built a reputation for high quality residential developments with prestigious clientele. They have ambitious plans to grow the business whilst ensuring projects are delivered to the best quality and therefore maintaining an exceptional reputation. Due to this they are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager, to join their close knit team.

Reporting to the Contracts Director you will manage up to 5 projects at any given time based in and around Central North. You will be responsible for overseeing contracts once they've been won liaising with Clients to understand requirements and ensure the smooth delivery of projects that are within time and cost restraints.

The ideal candidate will have a background in residential refurbishment, ideally with high end clients looking to rapidly progress their career within a growing team.

The role:
* Contracts or Project Manager
* Liaising with Technical and Commercial departments to create construction phased plans
* Ensuring sites are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards
* Conducting regular site visits and audits
* Being the clients main point of contact providing regular progress reports

The person:
* Previous experience in a Contracts or Project Manager role
* Experience in Refurbishment projects
* Good Construction knowledge
* Good communication and written skills
