Contracts Manager required

Contracts Manager required to look after part refurb and part new build developments.

Do you have Listed Building / Heritage experience?
Do you have residential conversion / refurb experience?
Do you have new build residential experience?

If you can answer yes to all three of the above questions, then this may be the job for you.

Looking for a Contracts Manager who can manage circa 3 projects at anyone time. Projects will vary in size but the majority of projects will include some form of conversion or refurb into high spec apartments and elements of new build residential within the grounds. As a lot of the sites include the conversion of old manor houses, listed building experience would be ideal.
