Niyaa people are working with a large nationwide principle contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. Our client are one of the largest providers of repairs and maintenance services nationwide, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work with an end client that specialise in supported and sheltered housing schemes. This role will involve overseeing service deliver over 160 locations and ensuring successful delivery of circa 15,000 repairs. this role will have line management responsibilities for 4 staff and 18 indirect reports.

Essential experience for the Contracts Manager job:

• Experience of delivering large volumes of responsive repairs and voids
• JCT Measured Works contract awareness
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction

Contracts Manager role benefits:

• £55,000 per annum
