Location: Hybrid (Home-based, London & Northern England site travel)

Competitive salary: £75,000-£85,000 & Benefits

About the Role

My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of prestigious, high-specification construction projects across the UK. From luxurious residences to premium hospitality and stadia developments, this is a unique opportunity to work at the pinnacle of design and build.

Key Responsibilities

Full oversight of project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless execution

Drive site performance in Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance

Coordinate with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure project alignment

Maintain strong communication channels across stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal departments

Lead regular site reviews and ensure alignment with BIM models and digital project data

Ensure projects comply with JCT, NEC, D&B and other contractual frameworks

What We're Looking For

Minimum 4+ years at Contracts Manager level within high-end project environments

Strong background in luxury residential, hospitality or similar high-spec projects

Nationwide travel flexibility and a hands-on approach to on-site delivery

Proficient contractual knowledge (JCT, NEC, D&B)

Familiarity with BIM-coordinated projects and digital construction methods

Current & appropriate site Health & Safety certification (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS Black Card)

Strong client relationship management
