Job Description - Contracts Manager

Higham, Kent ME3 & Central London (Office & Site Based)

Possess practical, in-depth expertise with commercial heating systems, pump assemblies and mechanical pipework?

An established Senior Engineer ready to advance your career?

Comfortable engaging directly with high-level clients on-site?

Here’s a fantastic chance for a seasoned Engineering professional to become part of a first-rate team, with excellent incentives and rewards on offer!

This position combines both office-based duties and regular site visits, covering contracts throughout Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments across various Central London locations
Prepare costings and oversee works from inception to completion
Liaise closely with clients to deliver tailored technical support
Handle the tendering process for significant contracts
Undertake office-based duties including pricing and contract oversight

Required Skills & Experience:

Solid background working with commercial plant areas, including boilers, pump systems and mechanical services
Confident when dealing with executive-level stakeholders and competent using IT applications
Demonstrated ability in estimating and overseeing project contracts
Valid UK driving licence essential

Rewards & Benefits:

Salary up to £60,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Company-provided vehicle (available for private use)
Annual profit share plus discretionary performance bonuses
20 days of holiday entitlement
(Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30)
