Contracts Manager

A well-established regional contractor with a turnover in excess of £30 million is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their growing team in Grantham. Operating across residential groundworks, commercial, and general construction, the business delivers projects for both developers and private clients throughout the area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Contracts Manager or an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a senior role. You will oversee multiple sites, manage site teams, ensure client satisfaction, and support the continued growth of a well-respected family-run company.

Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 DOE

Contracts Manager Role Overview

• Manage multiple residential groundworks projects concurrently
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors

• Contribute to tender and project planning meetings
• Monitor contract performance and support commercial decisions

Contracts Manager Requirements

• Strong background in groundworks (essential)
• Experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrable project delivery across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commutable distance of Grantham
