Job Description - Contracts Manager

Carron Connected is searching for a Contracts Manager to join our client, a high -end joinery manufacturer based in Northern Ireland.

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects in London from concept to completion, serving as the point of contact for clients, contractors and the design & manufacturing team throughout the lifecycle of the fit out.

What You'll Do:

Manage joinery and fit -out projects from initial brief through to installation and client handover.
Work closely with in -house design and manufacturing teams to ensure all projects are accurately produced to specification and aligned with deadlines.
Oversee all site -based fit out activities, managing subcontractors, installation teams, and logistics for timely delivery and assembly.
Monitor project budgets and procurement schedules.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and client updates.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager in the joinery & fit -out industry.
