Contracts Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee projects across South London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-quality projects within the automotive, education and care home sectors.

The successful candidate will ideally be based within South London, Kent or Surrey and have a proven track record managing multiple projects, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering schemes safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Requirements:
• Strong background within main contracting
• Experience delivering projects within automotive, education or care sectors advantageous
• Able to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
• Strong leadership and client-facing ability
• Driven, hands-on and career focused

Package:
• £80,000 - £100,000 basic salary
