Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for a business with a wonderful culture that focuses on trust, honesty and friendship. This is a new role to focus on a new contract won site managing the location, staff and operations.

You will oversee a contract based on commercial property related services, working alongside a team of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals, you will help to deliver exceptional services for clients within the commercial and property sectors. A site manager would suit this role very well!

Location: Birmingham

Requirements for this role:

- Experience in operations management

- Experience working alongside third party contractors, builders and suppliers

- CPD in Health and Safety

- Flexible working required, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.

- Fit into the company culture and mission

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Managing projects simultaneously, working well within tight deadlines and under pressure

- Budget management prior experience

Package:

- £26K, depending on experience

- Salary increase after probation

- Time back in lieu for working any bank holidays

- Company pension

- Profit pot scheme

- Company social events, i.e curry nights and sporting events
