Job Description - Contracts Manager

A new and interesting requirement is available for a Contracts Manager to join an established privately-owned regional building contractor based in the Leeds area.

The role will be to provide key leadership across a variety of commercial build and refurb projects up to £10m in value.

To be considered for this role you should be able demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas;

* Operated in a similar management role within a newbuild and refurb building environment (small – medium businesses)

* Proven track record in delivering projects to agreed budget and timescales.

* Strong commercial and contractual grasp of projects.

* Ability to plan and programme works.

* Ability to manage multiple projects.

* Strong communication and people management skill-set.

* Comfortable with high levels of client interface.

* IT literate
